  Took my car here last month and need A LOT of work done. Mike called me same day to let me know what was going on with my car and explained everything very well. He even went over the price of each part and where he was planning to get them from so that I knew I wasn't being uncharged. He also informed me of other things that I needed replaced on my car that they themselves don't do at their shop which let me know he cared about the customer and not the business, i.e. trying to make a sale or selling me things I didn't need. The receptionist Stacy was also very nice, helpful, and welcoming. Overall great experience! I will be going to them again if I have car trouble.

  I've been going to Perfect Pitch for a few years. They are honest and charge reasonable prices. One time, I brought my car because the heat shield was making noise, and Mike didn't even charge me after he fixed it. Another time, I thought my brakes were worn out but Mike and Jim said they weren't. For me, honesty is very important which is why I go to this place knowing they won't charge you stuff you don't need to get done. The front desk person, Stacey is also very helpful, friendly, and very good with customers. I have recommended them to others like to my brother who was very happy about their service when he brought his car for maintenance. They are all very professional.

  Great, honest, guys. Had a reoccurring issue no one could figure out, brought it there & within minutes the problem was figured out & then fixed same day. Awesome job! Highly recommend!
