(January 4, 2019, 1:18 pm)Great experience with Alamo!! Our flight was delayed, we were supposed to pick up our rental car at 11:30 but did not arrive to the facility til almost 1:00 am. The man at the counter was extremely helpful. They were out of minivans (cheapest option, why we rented), so he said we could pick any car at no extra charge. He also added my fiance as a driver at no charge. It took no more than 5 min, we walked to the rental garage, hopped in the car, & were on our way. Drop-off at DFW was just as fast!! Thanks for a great experience!

(December 24, 2018, 6:58 am)After a long day of traveling and hassles with airlines, the Alamo was the *best* part of our traveling. They had more than enough staff helping everyone get in and on their way, and getting your car was as easy as "pick any one in that row and the keys are in it." Their process was beyond efficient and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Great experience.

(December 16, 2018, 9:00 pm)I went on Saturday morning and there is no wait time at all. Staffs are very friendly and there is no hassle selling something extra. It only took me less than 10 minutes from check in to getting out of the parking lot. Thank you for your excellent service!

(December 12, 2018, 6:15 pm)Excellent customer service and great vehicle selection. Staffs were so kind, efficient and professional. I left my personal keys in the car when I returned and left. Alamo staff found them and gave a call to my registered cell phone number so that I could go back and picked them up right away.

(October 30, 2018, 9:40 pm)I haven’t rented a car from Alamo in a long time because the experience wasn’t good. But I thought I’d try again because the prices were good. I was so pleasantly surprised at the change. The check in was easy through their kiosks and with a choice of car it was simple and efficient. Also, they must have increased the number of buses from terminal to rental site because I didn’t have to wait at all on either end. Well done, Alamo!
