I had been struggling with this issue for over a year and no one else was able to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and I am so happy that I came across his listing. I cannot recomend him enough! After checking out our water heater, which was giving us problems, his analysis and advice saved my partner and me a lot of money in unnecessary repairs. He could have easily sold is a new water heater and the service to install. Instead he recommended some simple adjustments to our set up. He also gave additional recommendations regarding other appliances as he encountered them to help us maintain their health, which I really appreciated. -
