  Ariana is simply the best customer service representative. She makes the visit friendly, fast and explains each and every part of the process. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for quality customer care. Ariana is amazing at her work and her work ethic is honorable. Ariana and all the staff at this location keep up the good work.

  Let me begin by saying this whole process for me was very nerve wrecking due to my insecurities with my smile. Ariana and Alexa made the whole process so amazing. They were patient with me warm, approachable, and understanding. Ariana answered each and every one of my questions. This location was minutes away from my house and parking was great. I left feeling happy and positive about my decision. I can’t wait to see the results. Ladies thank you so much for understanding your customers and for offering amazing customer service. ????

  Enisa was seriously the sweetest, most bubbly staff I’ve ever worked with. She was genuinely caring, answered all my questions and her smile and laugh were contagious. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was always comfortable. Quick, easy process! Convenient parking lot as well. Staff are very friendly, great customer service!

  Mar (Martha) a representative from smile direct at this location was a sheer delight to work with. She was prompt, efficient, well informed about my reason for the visit without me even having to tell her. I am a client services director for a medical supply company and boy do I appreciate good service. She is a gem! My experience was delightful. Thank you again for your excellent service today Mar! SmileDirectClub you guys are lucky to have an excellent employee! Lastly she has a million dollar smile ????! 5 Stars ????

  I believe I was the last appointment of a Thursday afternoon. Alexa came out to greet me, right on time, with a smile and a positive attitude that I can’t help but acknowledge. She was accommodating and very kind with my daughters and I. She was professional but kept it light and fun. Informative and not pushy. I am thankful for such a great experience. I feel the decision to purchase the kit is hugely due to Alexa’s awesome presentation in its entirety. I didn’t catch the young woman's name who came into the room to sign off on the scan, but she was also incredibly sweet. Thanks for everything ladies.
