TLM Emergency Commercial Hvac

Greg was my tech. He was wonderful. He took as much time as he needed to explain all my issues and concerns regarding my furnace. He was very honest and ethical. He did not spend his time trying to sell me things I did not need or tell me things had to be replaced today that didn't. I am always looking for honesty and ethical treatment and today I received just that. I would certainly use them again.

Contacted TLM Emergency Commercial Hvac 9am when our furnace stopped working. They had a truck and technician at my house at 2pm the same day. I was given a fair quote and the repair work was completed within 2 hours as scheduled. I'm impressed with the outcome, the service was of quality and prompt. TLM Emergency Commercial Hvac is the company I would recommend to anyone looking for true HVAC professionals. The serviceman Greg and Scott were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They both kept the work site clean and got our units running efficiently. The furnace is working very well, extremely quiet and heating all rooms evenly. Overall excellent job!

We had just installed a new air conditioner and it happened to be having some issues a month later. It started producing some sound and I tried contacting the company that did its installation but it seems I had the wrong number. Called TLM Emergency and they were able to send someone immediately. I needed an emergency roadside service on a holiday and was very pleased with their prompt responsive service from TLM Emergency Roadside. Leah had such a calming and a friendly voice when i called and listened keenly as I explained my situation.I gave her my exact location and true to her promise Evans arrived and straight away diagnosed the problem with the car.He explained the problem and what he was going to do to solve it.He jump started the battery and the car started again.He never overcharged us despite the fact that it was an emergency situation.Evans was a friendly and nice to us.I recommend Evans and TLM Emergency Roadside to anyone!!
