I have been working with Ryan since January of 2018. After more than 20 years of falling in and out of good exercise and diet habits, I have finally established a training approach that works for me and that I thoroughly enjoy. Ryan is a huge part of the difference. Every session is a learning experience about the effect of targeted and customized workouts and the benefits of staying fit.
I started working with Ryan in 2016 - shortly after I had finished physical therapy for a torn achilles. One of the best parts of working with Ryan is that he adjusted exercises to make sure I was not putting too much strain on my leg, but also that he challenged me during this time to make sure my leg got stronger. He was informative and pushed me when appropriate. I would highly recommend training with Ryan if you are looking to enhance your fitness goals, work one-on-one with someone, or are recovering from an injury and just getting back into strength training!
Ryan's passion for training and fitness is truly inspiring. I always look forward to learning new things and that extra "push" to do my best. His knowledge, expertise and happy attitude is always appreciated and makes me look forward to training each and every time!
I have been working with Ryan for nearly a year and I thoroughly recommend him. As a regular runner I considered myself relatively fit and healthy - but Ryan showed me that there is more to it than just pounding out the miles! He creates individual plans to focus on specific goals - he incorporates weight training and stretching into your plan and provides sensible, realistic guidance on nutrition. He has a great sense of humor and will push you to achieve more than you thought you were capable of. On top of this he is a genuinely nice guy!
Ryan is a fantastic trainer. My wife and I worked with him doing partner training up until a couple of months before our child was born. He helped us both set goals and gave us each a personalized training program to reach them. He made sure we moved correctly during the workouts to keep us safe and injury free. He also helped us get better with our diet and being aware of what we are eating. Working with Ryan was a great experience and I highly recommend him.
