Dr. Jessica Brennan is a clinical psychologist and certified yoga teacher. Her work is based in behavioral science, cognitive psychology and mindfulness. She works with clients to increase overall happiness, productivity and life satisfaction.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I then attended Adler University in Chicago, IL. There I obtained a Master's in Counseling, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a certification in Child and Adolescent Psychology.
