  Great customer service! I feel like I'm taking my car to friends, whenever I need an oil change or my car is making a funny noise. I'm always remembered & greeted by my name. I really trust you these guys!

  I started going here based on many positive recommendations from members in the Ukranian Village Facebook group, and have been very happy with my service.
  
  They are fairly priced and honest. Rather than an intensive repair they recommended first trying an inexpensive fix that they wouldn't make any money from, recommending only returning if it failed to improve.
  
  I have seen them for multiple issues and they are always a fair price when comparing other mechanics, very quick, and very pleasant. I plan to continue seeing them, primarily due to their honestly. The manager of this site is also fantastic.

  These guys are great! The power steering on my car went out and I made the mistake of taking it to the dealer. The dealer charged me $300 just to do an estimate and that estimate came to about $3000 to replace the entire power steering system in my car. I wanted a second opinion and took the car to the guys at Augusta & Paulina.
  
  Later that day they called to say that I probably just needed a new battery in the car because my power steering is electric and with the cold weather and an old battery (I'd never replaced the original battery), it was likely there just wasn't enough juice to power it. They put in a new battery and everything has worked great since. Oh, and it cost me less than the estimate from the dealer.

  For me, I was looking for a place that I could trust: with my car and just generally not to screw me. Robin is honest, he gives you options and tells you where you should put your priorities. If something could be fixed but isn't essential, he tells you that honestly and lets you choose, not ever pushing anything. He took wonderful care of my VW Golf and was very open and flexible in fitting me in when I urgently needed.
  I trust this shop and I trust Robin and I feel very happy to have them as a resource
