If you're humble and kind, as well you should be, they reciprocate. PLEASE BE ADVISED, ON TUES AND THURS, THEY ARE OPEN, BUT ARE DOING INTERNAL PAPER WORK AND HAVE VERY LITTLE TO OFFER IN THE WAY OF HELPING CLIENTS. I've not had a bag experience get, but I guess it's because it's s public service with government employee and will take some time. It's much better than years ago. Bring a book and be prepared to wait a while. If you expect it, it's not that bad... And if it's faster than you thought it's a happy gift!
