Tesla Collision Elk Grove Village

I took my Tesla to a Tesla Collision Center for some repairs, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise that was provided.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to repair my vehicle. The facility itself was clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment and tools.
The repairs were completed in a timely and efficient manner, and the staff kept me updated throughout the process with regular progress reports. The staff even took the time to thoroughly clean and detail my car before returning it to me, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend the Tesla Collision Center to anyone in need of repairs for their Tesla vehicle

The work completed was done well, but not without the need for a minor follow-up. Very happy that they corrected things while I waited. Keep in mind that their goal is to get the car back to Tesla specs, which is good. But for those who make some small aftermarket additions, you may have to go elsewhere to have those addressed after the fact.

Charles walked me through every step of the process, in constant communication and keeping honest and realistic about completion expectations.

Ken and his team also kept in touch every step of the way keeping me at ease. Even notifying me of a slight delay when a part they received didn’t function according to their standards.

They didn’t cut corners and allow me to take my car for the sake of completion without the job being done right.

I drove from Kennesaw Georgia to have my vehicle repaired at the Elk Grove service center after not being able to find a reputable repair shop in my area. My experience was Superior!!! Great service and communication. I would highly recommend them (I worked with Charles)
My parked car was rear-ended by a delivery truck trying to make an illegal U-turn.
I contacted Tesla Collision, send photos of the damage and they were able to get me a prelim estimate within 1-2 business days which I submitted to the insurance company.
I dropped the car off and they provided me with updates Monday Wednesday Friday via text.
They arranged for the local enterprise to come pick me up on arrival so I can get my rental car.
This particular shop had the earliest availability in the Chicago land area by at least 2-3 weeks.
Some Tesla approved collision centers are booked out over 4-5 months.
The whole job took about 2.5-3 weeks, which is really good for this car and this climate of supply chain issues.
Just as an FYI: some insurances don't work w/ Tesla (as they charge a higher premium for hourly rates). Specifically GEICO doesn't work with them unless the customer wants to pay for the difference out of pocket.
They do work well w/ Traveler's.
