  I had a great experience at Castle North Chevy. Very welcoming and professional atmosphere. I was being assisted by Daniel Jatkowski. He was very helpful, honest, and he spoke fluent Polish which was very beneficial for me. I would recommend him to anyone, great guy! Would definitely come back to this dealership.

  CASTLE CHEVY NORTH SETS THE CAR DEALERSHIP STANDARDS!!!
  
  By far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I had the pleasure working with Norma and Damien (sales associates), Ed (sales manager), and Ray (finance). All four people were extremely courteous, patient, friendly, and best of all, NOT PUSHY!
  
  Our family was in the market for a new SUV so we purchased a 2019 Traverse Redline at an outstanding price. The process started with Norma (on two separate days). She was everything you'd want in a car salesperson. She was so nice, personable, patient and understanding. She is a true pro and many car salespeople would be much better off following her lead. She never ONCE tried to convince or push any tactics on us. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you must go in and talk with Norma!
  
  The third occasion was the day we decided to buy. Unfortunately, Norma wasn't working that day but we needed to complete the sale. Damien came in the picture and picked up right where Norma left off. He ensured us that Norma would get the sales commission so that put us at ease. Damien was wonderful as well. He was very professional, courteous, and expedited the process in a quick and timely fashion. He even took ample time after the sale was complete to show me all the features of the vehicle and how the infotainment system operates.
  
  Ed, the sales manager was excellent as well. Very friendly, humorous, and even sacrificed his lunch break to help us crunch the numbers to a deal that best suited our budget. Again, this was all done in such a timely matter that it BLEW our minds!
  
  Ray, the finance guy was also a pleasure. The paperwork was efficient and quick. We even had time to chat and have a few laughs. We could not believe how professional and fast everything got done!
  
  Kudos to the staff at Castle Chevy North! Keep up the great work, you just gained another Chevy family for life!

  Bought my first car here and my sales attendant was Ivan Rodriguez who was very nice and helpful. I was here for a couple hours but it was definitely worth it! Got the car I wanted and at a good price. Everyone here was very nice, overall had a great time here. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking to buy a car.

  As soon as we walked out the car Mike P greeted us as if we knew him. I told him what vehicle I was looking for and he brought up for a test drive and made me aware of many features I didn’t understand from online. He has a lot of patience !! I was really trying to get the best deal out of him and Ed and i feel like i won so that’s what matters right? Overall i had a really great experience and would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He made the experience comfortable for me.
