Training with Coach Priscilla has been extremely beneficial. When I first began working with Coach P, she immediately analyzed my stroke and began making huge adjustments. She is amazing at finding the small tendencies that made me slower. Once recognized, she used a ton of different techniques to correct them. It stunned me by how much she was able to identify from the pool deck.

Priscilla's knowledge of an athlete goes far beyond the pool. She also helped me with my psychological and dietary aspects of racing. She understands all of the physiological components to a successful athlete. I think of her as much more of a life coach than just a swim coach.

I began working with Coach P during my second season of triathlon racing. All three aspects of triathlon were relatively new to me. However, swimming was the leg that I dreaded the most. Coach P provided the guidance and support to help me get closer to my racing goals. She completely transformed my stroke, taught me racing strategies depending on what the conditions were, and guided me with my lifestyle outside of the pool. Most triathletes consider the swim as something that they just have to get through. For me, I now see the swim as an area where I can gain a lead and increase my chances of making the podium. Priscilla catch all bad habits and weakness in the child. She drill them until they are corrected:) She is training my son for few month, and results are simply incredible. Priscilla has huge knowledge about swimming and she uses great teaching techniques. Even though she is a tough trainer, my son is always ready for her challenge :)

I have been with Priscilla for almost 4 years. Over the years, my child's techniques have improved a lot in every stroke including start, turn and underwater. The training is very efficient. Additionally, Priscilla has a very broad knowledge in swimming's technique. I will give her 5 stars.
