  Worked with their Orland Park office, and had a very good experience identifying, buying, and installing a cooktop. Margie was very responsive and communicative throughout the process, and their installation guys were professional/timely and thorough in assessing what was needed and making sure it was installed properly. Will definitely use them again if we have future renovation/appliance needs.

  Novak and Parker has been my go to for appliances and service. I needed a new oven and they were so very helpful when it came to reviewing the options and helping to get the oven installed prior to the holidays. They have a great team of customer focused employees and are great to work with!

  As always Novak and Parker are great. They pride themselves in customer satisfaction!! They are always friendly, professional, efficient and bend over backwards to fulfill all of the needs of their customers.

  I received no compensation for sharing my experience with Novak & Parker, a most pleasant, positive experience. Matt is the Vice President of Sales who eagerly assisted me when paying several visits to their long-standing, family-owned establishment in search of 4 appliances including a refrigerator with a bottom freezer (requiring very specific dimensions for a small space), a low-profile microwave (larger sized microwave too close to burners with cabinet above) and a washer/dryer (Speed Queen).
  
  I appreciate Matt sharing his knowledge, expertise, and willingness to negotiate the competitor’s pricing.
  No doubt he knows his business and values his customers. He knows satisfied customers become loyal customers who provide repeat business and great referrals! Also important “No Pressure sales pitch” and open to reviewing my other box store quotes.
  
  I like the fact that they have their own service department to repair appliances and take care of registration of your purchased appliances. Warranties, IMO, are a necessary evil as nothing is made to last in this day and age. I feel the prices they charge for a 5 year warranty is affordable compared to the big box center stores.
  
  One minor issue with the sliding vegetable drawer reported to Matt is being addressed in a timely fashion by service tech who will also be determining if my Elite Kenmore washer and dryer may be repaired at a reasonable cost or if replacement is needed. In an effort to save me money and not having to purchase the new washing machines of today with the dreaded lid lock and water saving sensor features, Matt suggested I have their service tech at a cost of $99 take a look at my washer/dryer machines to diagnose problem, repairs needed and cost. Matt informed me if repairs are cost prohibitive, the $99 service call fee will be applied to the chosen Speed Queen brand.
  
  In conclusion, Matt has been very professional, personable, honest, timely, responsive and most accommodating to my several requests, calls, e-mails since our first meeting a few months ago.
  Matt is a detailed person, as I am so our work styles jive. I highly recommend doing business with Novak & Parker for a stress-free buying experience!!!

  All around great experience. Very easy to communicate with, the delivery was prompt, the installers were friendly but down to business. Very straight forward company to deal with. Will be using them in future appliance needs.
