  I love the first floor when my father was in there in September. He walked alot wander. My father is ready to go into hospice now. The place he's at was horrible. We thinking of transferring him but worried about care on second floor

  My mom has been here for a few months now and has called Lemont Center her home. She has friends and considers them her "family" as well as some of the staff. The staff are great. When I need them, they are always there for me. I'm grateful for them and the services they provide.

  This facility has really been great to my family. We admitted my mother here after surgery and I cannot say enough amazing things about it's rehab department and management staff. There was a bit of a mixup upon my mom's admission...she was guaranteed one room and then when we arrived it was a different one. As soon as we brought this to the Director of Nursing and Administrator, it was handled right away. Since then, we have been able to bring any concerns to the staff and they are handled quickly and effectively. Our minds are all at ease with my mom being here because we know they are taking care of her as if she was their own family member. A nursing home is not an ideal place for most people but I think Lemont Center is doing the best they can and it shows! Very happy with our decision.

  My husband was transferred to Lemont Rehab after having a stroke. He was a very difficult patient and was very rude to the staff. The staff maintained their professionalism and didn't take his behavior personally. I would apologize for his behavior and the staff were very caring and considerate and would tell me "Don't apologize. He is just frustrated with not being able to do the things he was able to do prior to the stroke." Therapy was fantastic and was able to get him to transfer with very little assistance. The nursing staff were very professional and caring. I had the option to take him to another facility but chose Lemont because of the recommendations of other family / friends with loved ones at the facility. The staff at Lemont deserve to be recognized for the professional caring manner in which they treat the residents. Everyone was friendly and greeted you with a hello and a smile. The room was always clean and the facility didn't have any odors. I would recommend Lemont to anybody needing rehab or nursing care, you couldn't ask for a better team of professionals. They keep you informed of what is going on with your loved one and will take the time to answer any questions you have.

  Lemont Center is the best facility around! Recently, my mother was admitted here due to a stroke, after being at Alden for a week. I couldn't be happier about the care at Lemont Center.
  The nurses are attentive and Administration has been very helpful. I cannot say enough about the therapy department. They have gotten my mother moving and well on her way to returning home. Thank you Lemont Center!
