(December 19, 2018, 1:06 pm)Had the blower on our ancient furnace die on us on one of the colder December days. Sarge came the very next day to go over the options with us. Thanks to Sarge, Little Pete, Genti, and the rest of the gang at Freedom Heating and Cooling, we now have a quieter and more efficient furnace. They came quickly, worked quickly (and cleanly), and made our house toasty warm again. We've been using them for a few years now for basic maintenance on our previous systems, but they really went above and beyond to get us the warmth we needed when our old system went belly up. Thanks, guys!

(November 24, 2018, 12:19 am)Excellent experience with Freedom on Nov 12 2018. They came earlier than expected, but called first to see if it was OK because they had an opening. Turns out the new time worked better for us too. They promptly came out and diagnosed the issue. The technician, Pete, was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and showing exactly what the problem was...turned out it just needed a good cleaning. Pete took care of the issue quickly and things have been working great ever since. Will not hesitate to call them back and will recommend to a family member also.

(October 11, 2018, 1:03 pm)Willie just came out to service my furnace. He is THE MAN! He was thorough upon walking in the door with exactly what he was going to do and what he needed from me. I had a couple questions concerning my dampers and some pipe coming out of my AC -- he does a great job answering your questions confidently! And he's just a good guy and cares about his work! No surprises on the cost of the service, it was exactly what was quoted on the phone. He came out prior to the scheduled time, for me... it was great because it didn't hold up my day. I would highly recommend Freedom Heating and Cooling to anyone.
