  I was very impressed with my stay at Aloft Chicago. The modern finishes, comfortable bedding and accommodating staff really made my experience amazing! You can really tell that customer service is a top priority for this hotel. You can even request a sound kit to block out any additional city noise when you are trying to sleep. That really shows the innovative and customer oriented thinking at Aloft Chicago. In addition, there is so much to do that is within walking distance of this hotel it's very convenient! I definitely recommend!

  I was at a 3 day business conference this week. Just getting over being sick I had a coughing attack and went to the front desk to see if cold medicine was available. That is when the shuttle driver ran out and back in to offer me his empathy as well as his personal favorite cough drops. He then checked in as he saw me in the lobby later. While the entire staff, location, room quality and cleanliness has always been stellar, it was this simple act of care and kindness that will forever make me a fan of Aloft in Rosemont!!!

  I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great, the lobby in inviting, and the rooms after comfortable. However, Joell absolutely stole the show. What a kind and lovely man. He was so sweet and so helpful. My only criticism is that some general maintenance could be done. We had an electrical outlet that would pull out when you unplugged something. The rail in the elevator is lose and needs tightening. A few minor improvements in that area would make it the complete package.
