The immense knowledge that Hector shares regarding fitness, functional movements, nutrition, and other health tidbits are useful to cleaner living. The daily prescribed workouts are tailored to meet individualized abilities with a growth mindset mentality. I really enjoy coming to this spot and I feel better than I have in a long time.

(April 12, 2018, 11:57 am)The two main coaches, Brad and Hector, are beyond great! They truly care about the people that walk into their gym. Can't perform a workout RX? Need to modify a certain movement? No problem, they help in any way they can to be sure you are getting the most out of your work outs, performing movements proficiently and safely, and inform you on what you should be doing outside of the gym to enhance your health and lifestyle. Hands down, best gym I will ever join!
