Wow! What an amazing experience. The staff was not only knowledgeable and saved me some money but also friendly and helpful. Pedro helped me get a storage unit and called 3 other locations to find a truck that was available when i wanted it. Superb job and relentless effort to make just 1 customer happy. Highly recommend this palce for all of your storage needs.

I rented a 10x15 climate controlled unit and Annie was an absolute blessing to work with. She was able to help me with my move in date and was patient with the move out date as it was a bit of a moving target! The facility was very clean, and I was impressed with the staffs professionalism. Some of the items I was storing were very fragile and the climate control kept everything in perfect condition. The kicker in all this is there was a free cargo van available for me to use! If you need self storage I highly recommend Life Storage in La Grange with Annie's help.
