This company exceeded my expectations when we needed to get our dishwasher fixed. They took their time to explain what they were doing, why it was being done, and what they hoped to solve. They were easy to work with and their pricing is fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone else needing repair services.
On Saturday, September 1st (Labor Day Weekend) my refrigerator stop cooling. I made 5 phone calls to repair companies, two of which were referred to me by family. United appliance was the only one to call me on that holiday weekend and they made time to come to my place at 6pm that Saturday night to inspect my refrigerator. They were able to make a temporary fix as the part needed to be ordered. It worked well enough until they could come on Tuesday to install the replacement part. That day I received calls from 3 of the other companies saying how they were closed for the holiday. I will always use United Appliance moving forward for their quick response and very fair billing.
