(August 11, 2018, 11:57 am)Scheduled service but was not prepared for the wait to be an hour and a half. Was offered a free car, but thought with my diagnosis I would be in and out in half hour. Seeing my concern, they took care of my immediate concern right there and sent me on my way. Thank you. I will reschedule the other maintenance. Really busy in the summer, but still helpful.
