  Visited here on a trip from the UK where we don't have anything like deep dish pizza. We ordered a Chicago classic and it was by far the best pizza we've ever eaten - absolutely amazing and honestly quite upsetting I can't get it at home! Highly recommended.

  It was really good, and high quality. The place filled within minutes of it opening, only thing they could be better is the sauce. Overall really good.

  Pizza at Lou M is always good. For a fresher option, pick up your pizza, delivery can take a long time

  Best Classic sausage pizza I ever had at Lou Malnatis today
  October 20,2018. The crust, tomatoes, cheese and sausage were the freshest I've ever had & cooked perfectly. Thank you Park Ridge Lou Malnatis.

  —Appearance and cleanliness: small place and mostly clean. Not a lot of decoration but there is no eating in. While sitting there waiting for my food, people walked in looking for a table but obviously couldn’t get one. The look for the place is understandable.
  —Customer service: The experience was ok, mostly because there wasn’t a lot of talking with staff. The front was a bit more perky compared to the people handing me my food.
  —Quality: My family orders here once or twice a month. It’s great food but a little expensive.
  —Popularity: most of the time you’ll see people waiting for pizza or walking out with one. They do have people that show up every 5 minutes or so.
  —Convince: If you don’t order ahead you’ll be waiting for 20 minutes. Last time I went here they switched my order with someone else so we had to wait for them to make another one.
