I helped the Park Ridge Historical Society promote knowledge of and pride in the accomplishments and heritage of the people of Park Ridge. I oversaw the construction of and helped raise over $100,000 in funding for the new Park Ridge History Center located at 721 N Prospect Ave in Park Ridge, IL.
The Solomon Cottage: Home of the Park Ridge History Center. The Solomon Cottage that houses the Park Ridge History Center was first used as the receiving facility for the Illinois Industrial School for Girls (later, the Park Ridge School for Girls, The Park Ridge Youth Campus and The Youth Campus).
