  Redefined Fitness is the best gym I have experienced. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging and have great energy. I came with moderate low back pain and limited range of motion and within months my body was moving better and my back pain was resolved. The best part is, they taught me how to really stretch and keep moving without the chronic back pain I once had.

  Outstanding, well educated trainers. Redefined is friendly and clean. The workouts are intense and designed for your wants and needs. Well worth the investment.

  Absolutely Best fitness club on Northshore, maybe North America! I used to live in Wilmette and trained there 2-3 times a week, I live in Newport Beach now and fly in to work out! The trainers really know how to work you out and you’ll never get the same work out twice!

  The trainers at Redefined are all top notch. Not only do they provide excellent strength and cardio training, but also equally important flexibility and injury prevention work. This is a high energy gym with very a positive vibe. Regardless of the mood you are in when you get there, you are guaranteed to walk out feeling great.
