Both people at store were great to deal with.
They had the Battery replaced and checked out in less than 5 minutes.

(August 6, 2019, 12:18 pm)Fantastic. I had my work iPhone stop turning on. I took it to ATT, they were like we sell phones, we don’t do service. Ok fair... I went to apple to see what was up. They were not very helpful, and the guy stated it could be the battery. However, after waiting for a long time they would not replace the battery because the phone would not turn on. This was not cool. I was told to try a battery place. I figured I would go to a reputable place, nothing in the middle of the mall. Went to Batteries plus. Milo was able to open my phone, replace the battery and gave it back to me before I watch a YouTube video of how to do it. He honestly told me before that a new battery may not fix the issue, but there would be no cost to me if it didn’t work. He plugged it in and he the apple logo popped on I got excited, and when the phone vibrated I was pretty sure it was gonna work. When I saw the home screen I screamed and started dancing. You guys have a customer for life. God bless Batteries plus Bulbs. Also they carry all kinds of flashlights, batteries, and Peak lighting products! They got me juiced and charged up.
