  Scott Weissman is very knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. He was very quick to respond to communications. He took his time walking me through the genetics process and answered each question I had. I highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a genetic counselor!

  Mr. Weissman brought me peace-of-mind and made me feel very comfortable. He is equal parts incredibly knowledgeable in genetics and compassionate. The value of his expertise and service level cannot be overstate.

  Dr. Weissman was absolutely wonderful with helping me and my husband. His bedside manner is really fantastic. I would recommend anyone to go to him for genetic counseling/testing.

  Five stars all the way. My wife and I used Scott as our genetic counselor after vetting numerous other options. What makes Scott great is how personalized the experience is. You start with a one on one meeting in which he learns about your backgrounds and family history in order to truly understand your upbringing. This helps determine the level of testing needed. After we had our testing done, Scott called us and gave us all of the information on our results, what to be concerned about, what not to be concerned about, and what further testing was needed. Once all the testing is done, Scott gives you a full analysis of everything so you can truly understand your genetic make up and likelihood of your child developing something. With most genetic testing, this would be the end, but Scott stays with you the entire time, even past child birth. When we found out our child may be a candidate for cystic fibrosis due to high levels of IRT (after birth), we reached out to Scott and he reviewed the genetic testing again, called the labs, and was meticulous in assessing our child's risk for it. Scott is always there for us when we have questions or concerns, he even answers the phone at 7:00pm on a Friday. He's simply different than any other experience you'd get elsewhere. I would recommend Scott to anybody looking for super diligent genetic testing, and tell you that you will never get this level of care elsewhere. It's clear that he loves what he does, is passionate about it, and gives his clients the best possible service.
