  I am very happy and glad I came to see Christina and the staff at eastern vitality.. I always heard about this kind stuff and never thought much of it.. I had a serious issue with my neck and upper back. Lot of tension and discomfort. I came in and explained to Christina what issues I'm having. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me step by step. Very patient with me and highest level of professionalism. I strongly recommend going, but don't be like me and wait until its so bad you can't sleep. Thanks to my first visit I feel much better, and already looking to come back to ensure my body is being taken care of ! Keep up the amazing work at eastern vitality

  After suffering from numerous sports related injuries, two major car accidents, and over 15 years of lower back pain I finally found Christina Guthrie. In three appointments after having my latest lower back episode, she was able to cut my recovery time in half. In June this year I experienced lock-jaw (trismus) for 3 weeks so I went to my general practitioner, underwent a CT scan, was told there was nothing they could do for me, and finally went to see Christina who was able to provide me significant relief after only two visits. Working with Christina has opened an entirely new avenue to pain relief and a higher quality of life in just 2 weeks!

  I was recently diagnosed with Bell's Palsey, an inflammation of the facial nerve. I knew that I had to find an acupuncturist and get treatments started fast! I found Christina and Eastern Vitality through Facebook recommendations and I was not disappointed. You see I was not unfamiliar with this condition. Several in my family have have had Bell's Palsey and not everyone has regained total movement of their face back. So all the doctors and people that told me, "oh it goes away on its own, you'll be fine", didn't really make me feel better. Christina did! She listened and said that i would have better results because we were starting while the condition was acute. No it doesn't work overnight. However, after treatments (which are very relaxing) I would often feel twitching or maybe a little soreness or relief of soreness as the nerves in my face responded. Within two weeks we saw signs of improvement. After 10 sessions I would estimate that I am 90% or more recovered. I feel and look like myself. Thank you so much Christina!

  Today was the second time that I’ve gone to seen Christina. First was acupuncture and today was cupping. Both were amazing. I’m a professional at tearing my body apart and she’s amazing at putting me back together. The staff is super friendly. You feel the calming effect as soon as you walk into the building. I highly recommend.

  Totally a believer in acupuncture now! I've never been to see an acupuncturist before but after being diagnosed with kidney stones in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, I was looking at different forms of alternative medicine (to avoid a possibly painful procedure). I'm so glad I found Eastern Vitality Acupuncture!!! Not only did the acupuncture help decrease the acute pain of the kidney stones, but it has also helped with nausea and vomiting that I've been experiencing since the beginning of my pregnancy. So grateful that I found her!
