  Desiree was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and has a wonderful personality. So hospitable and very thorough when it came to the details of my program, making sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable during 3D scanning. I'm so happy that I traveled to this particular location. 5 stars!!

  Took my daughter today for her consultation and Desiree was AMAZING!! Everyone was super friendly. Thank you for making our visit easy and painless. Walked out And my daughter had the biggest smile on her face knowing she will have the teeth she’s been wanting for her Senior Pictures.
  
  UPDATE***I was going to give a 5 star review until
  1. my daughters teeth whitening system does not work. I Called C.S and was on chat. CHAT is worthless they are like robots who keep giving me the same answer to every question I asked. All they tell me is to send a picture to an email address. How is that going to tell them if it works?!?!? I live in Indiana and I am not driving all the way back to Orland for this.
  
  2. Apparently I was supposed to signed some legal documentation in the in office so my account can be completely set up and I can access my documents and receipts. Now I have to wait 5 business days to complete this.
  
  Just VERY unhappy with the customer service I have been given.

  First walked and and every is super nice and would ask about your day. The one who took care of me (Sarah) was friendly and upbeat. Answered all the questions I had and explained everything very well that I understood the process. Definitely more affordable too.

  Great experience with Jay!!! overall the staff is friendly and polite. I brought a friend with me and they had no problem letting him hang around and even included him in conversations. I was able to connect with Jay about many different things not just about teeth!! he really knows what he is doing and he made sure i was okay throughout the scanning of my teeth (even though it is completely painless!!!) I will definitely recommend this place in the future.

  I had an amazing experience with Smile Direct club. I felt comfortable with the staff during check in. My smile guide Sarah was incredible. I was able to connect experiences and made my 3D scan so much fun. I'm so excited to become a member of the smile direct club.
