Synergy provided excellent caregiver service for my mother. They were professional, on time, and experienced. I needed to find a caregiver on short notice (about 3 days' notice) and they were able to deliver. I felt at ease after speaking with Kevin over the phone and learning about his agency and the experience of his staff (everyone is licensed and insured). This was my first time using an agency to provide caregiver service. I highly recommend Synergy, and I would use them again.

Although I ended up not needing the services by Synergy, based on the experience I had with obtaining information and getting all of our questions answered, I would highly recommend Synergy. The woman that helped us through the process went above and beyond. When the time comes to bring in help for my parents, I would not hesitate to use Synergy. I am only rating them a 4 out of 5 since I did not deal with the caregivers directly.

The managers at Synergy were supportive in our everyday experiences with the clients. They have always showed their appreciation for what role I play as one of their caregivers. Working with my seniors is the most fulfilling part of the job though.

We called on a Sunday morning to see if we could get care set up for my father in law, the office was able to help us with the process and send a caregiver the next day. So far we have had a positive experience. Would recommend
