Our dryer suddenly broke the Saturday before Christmas. Sears could not come out until Christmas Eve which led me to seek out someone quicker. I read the reviews and I felt confident Jim's could help us out. Jim was very personable on the phone and at first was unable to come until after Christmas. I explained my dilemma with the holiday approaching and he said he would call me right back. Within minutes Jim called and said Dave would be out in a few hours. Dave was right on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes and repaired it within a few more minutes. Dave was so helpful and the company's quick response during a very busy time was very appreciated. I would recommend Jim's to anyone for their appliance repair needs.
Repairman arrived on time, was polite, clean and professional. My clothes washer had an intermittent problem which did not occur while he was here. Rather than just leave, he questioned me about the problem, in depth; and then he proceeded to find the cause and fixed it on the spot. Very few repairmen would do this. I highly recommend Jim’s Appliance Repair.
