  I’m so glad I randomly came across Ascend Physical Therapy. Dr. Nuha Hassan is an excellent physical therapist who is certified in Dry Needling therapy most PTs aren’t. She was able to easily identify the problem causing my neck pain and numbness and tingling in my arm tht I’ve been struggling with for years without any expensive unnecessary tests or surgery. I’m so glad I tried dry needling and after one session about 90% of my pain was gone. I know after one more session I’ll have 100% relief. She was very compassionate with my treatment. I highly recommend going to her practice to solve any issues you have with chronic pain, she’ll relieve it!

  I went to see Dr. Nuha Hasan at Ascend Physical Therapy about 2 years after total knee replacement for stiffness in my quadriceps, hamstring and adductor muscle. The stiffness was so terrible that after only 5-10 minutes of walking that I would have to stop and rest.
  
  I tried other physical therapy but it only provided temporary relief. Dr. Hasan introduced me to "dry needle therapy" and relieved the pain to a point where I can walk without stiffness and have even attempted to run which I have not done in years.

  I came in to see the physical therapist due to a bad car accident that left me with severe back pain. She was great and explained everything to me and told me why I was experiencing pain in certain areas of my back. She introduced me to dry needling for my back pain and since then I feel like a new person! My back pain has decreased and I can finally go to sleep at night without being in pain. I highly recommend this therapist and her services. Thank you Dr. Nuha!

  My treatments at Ascend Physical Therapy were amazing! I have been suffering with thoracic outlet syndrome and tennis elbow for about three years. I have been experiencing symptoms of numbness and pain down my arm and I felt very restricted. The restriction started from sternocleidomastoid muscle down to my fingers, and it became very difficult to sleep at night. I went to physical therapy and a chiropractor which temporarily helped my symptoms but eventually came back. Later this year, my physical therapist and dry needling specialist Nuha Hasan had started dry needling which I have never done before. I was very interested in this opportunity, especially because I heard it can cure many symptoms. I started treatment a few months ago, and the results were truly amazing. With all the physical therapy I went through, I have never had results like this. After only ONE treatment, 70-80% of all the symptoms I have been experiencing for years disappeared! I was truly amazed, and Nuha's work is very professional and she is willing to go out of her way to make sure that you receive the best treatment possible. Not only does she show passion for her work, but she is extremely caring and loving towards her patients to make sure that you feel comfortable with no worries. I returned for a second treatment for my thoracic outlet syndrome and she started treatment on my tennis elbow. After a second treatment for my arm, the symptoms have almost dissipated. Another wonderful part of the treatment is that she provided me with stretches to do at home that help relax and ease my muscle pain.
  
  Anyone who is experiencing pain that you feel like is not improving, you should definitely contact Ascend Physical Therapy, and Nuha will provide you with the best services! She truly changed my life around and she is very passionate about what she does.
