My experience with this dealership was absolutely excellent from the first conversation to picking up my car. Jacob made the process enjoyable and easy. He was not a true sales a person in the sense that he didn’t push a purchase but rather wanted to help me find just the right car. He was professional from the beginning and followed through on everything. I also had a positive experience with the management and service department. This was my 4th LandRover purchase but the 1st with this dealership and I will return when I am ready to purchase another LandRover. They are honest, forthcoming, respectful and treat their clients warmly. This dealership stands out from the others!!

Ollie is a fantastic sales manager , he made me feel at home and answered my questions from the first day I walked in to order my car and the day it was delivered. Jake B also is a great salesman, he is very good at what he does. The sales team at the dealership is awesome!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at this dealership. Luis in sales is fantastic he is patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and definitely not pushy! Christopher in finance is also wonderful and I can honestly say this was the easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve had hands down. I did not feel I was being tricked at any point- the process was straight forward and so quick. I had to go to service and get my second key fob programmed once it was available and I can say the service person I dealt with provided me with excellent service as well (cannot remember his name unfortunately). He made sure I was comfortable and offered transportation options as well.

This is an excellent dealership. Their customer service and communication is top tier. I've purchased from Richie M. twice. He is honest and helpful. He can always source hard to acquire vehicles. The sales manager, Ollie and finance team were easy to work with. I have visited many of the dealers in the Chicagoland area, no one matches their level of service and intentionality.
