    Great place, friendly staff. This place really thought of elderly when they built this place.

    The trainers are excellent, the workouts are challenging but not impossible, and the people are the best.

    Been going here for over a year and this gym is great. I'm very impressed by its cleanliness.

    My son takes swim lessons here and my mother does water aerobics here. Very nice here. But the only thing I dont like is they don't have tennis. I have to go to the fitness center all the way in homewood now.
