  I had an amazing experience here. From the moment I entered the door, I was greeted by security with a smile. My wait time was very short and everyone treated me with respect. I will definitely come back to this location even though it’s a 45 minute drive for me. THANKS!

  The Palos Hills SS office is the best. The staff is top notch. They really know their stuff and are very helpful. If you make an appointment you can be in and out very efficiently. Our experience at this location is five stars all the way.

  I had very considerate persons. I was there with my daughter and her boyfriend for some business with her boyfriend. My daughter has autism and freaks out in unfamiliar places when left alone. The man we were at the window with said only myself and her b/f could sit here and she had to go to the lobby. I explained to him she was gonna freak out as she has autism and he apologized and told us to bring her back to the window with us as long as her boyfriend had no problem. What started out with her in tears ended with her smiling and fist bumping the agent. An awesome guy that made a bad situation better. All it takes is communication people!

  After reading some of the reviews, I was really hesitant of how my appointment would go at this location but I was pleasantly surprised. I had an appointment for a Friday afternoon at 2:30. I was in and out in 15 minutes! When I first arrived the guard was helpful and directed me to the kiosk to check-in. After checking in, I was called to booth #10 within 5 minutes. I don't remember the name of the agent at the booth but he was extremely courteous and helpful. He made me feel confident regarding important retirement preparations. The wait could have been short due to that it was a Friday before a holiday weekend but I was glad for the short wait.

  My disabled sister lost all her IDs. We were quite anxious and worried about replacing them; the SS agent who took care of us couldn't have been nicer.
  He was conscientious, considerate and thorough.

Received a call from 800-772-1213 and someone speaking very poor English left me a message to call as the SSA needed some additional information from me. I was left the telephone number 253-333-8277 for the return call. I went to my local SSA office and was advised the SSA uses groups around the US to handle online queries.
