    I have been coming to this facility for some time now and have to say the service and hospitality is second to none. From the time you walk in until the time you leave you are made to feel you are the only important thing going on at the moment. My most recent experience was earth moving in that it made a huge life change for my Mom and will be forever indebted. Jesse and Elizabeth are one of a kind. So happy they came into our lives.

    The new staff, Jesse and Elizabeth, that have moved into the Tacoma office are wonderful. The care and knowledge of hearing aids is amazing. Jesse helped me immensely in my own journey to becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Great place with great people!

    With how chaotic and frustrating the world is today it was a breath of fresh air to walk through the doors of Miracle Ear and be greeted with a bright smiling face like Elizabeth. Immediately she treated us like we were family. And Jesse was amazing with my grandma. He is so personable and very easy to talk to you. They both made me realize there are still good people left in this world.
