(July 1, 2019, 6:30 pm)I have been coming here for the last 10 years that I lived in this area and never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today after looking at the hours and then seeing these bad reviews, so I had to leave this now. I was in there alone, I stood aside because I had to fill in some information that the attendant was so nice to show me for sending certified mail. Mind you there were 30 minutes left til close. And then SIX people walk in, and she kicks in to high gear all the while maintaining her pleasantness. When she sees I was done she lets me come back up and finish my transaction. Her name was LEASES (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was so pleasant and so speedy (the lady behind me also complimented her), and a perfect employee to have had instructed me WHILE attending to six other people (which of course always happens right before close). Polite to everyone while I filled my paperwork, and remained polite to me with all my questions. Thank you!
