Everyone at Carstar was a 5 Star! I had some issues with the insurance adjuster from the auto that hit me and everyone was very willing to assist. Got my car back yesterday and I am very pleased with the service and work to at was performed. They kept me updated on my car’s progress weekly. I would highly recommend Carstar!

West-hill is a top notch shop! Mark was awesome and kept me up to date on status, and Repair looked perfect.

I stopped by this morning for an estimate of my car scratches. Mr. Mark, the owner, decided to help me buff the scratches out without any charges. He also made a lot of helpful suggestions for my car. I feel so blessed and will definitely become a loyal customer at this body shop.

Outstanding service. They completed a door repair after an accident on my car. They communicated multiple times throughout the process and completed the project weeks before our insurance estimated it would be done. They worked directly with the insurance company and required minimal action on my end. Just picked up my car- it looks great and they cleaned the inside as well. Could not recommend them more!

My wife's car was involved in a hit and run accident where she parks at her job.
I was impressed with West Hill throughout my experience !!
So much so , that when her car got hit again while parked at he job (in the same fender)
2 WEEKS LATER we went back to West Hill for repairs.
