  Friendly staff and good service! This was an excellent service experience! From the ease of reaching them, scheduling, they arrived as they said - On time! and the work was great and the price was exactly as quoted. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!

  Absolutely amazing customer service!!! The technician showed up ahead of schedule and did an amazing job. Our couches were extremely dirty. We have two toddlers and between the spit up and the maple syrup our son decided had to be on the couch he was able to get it all out. We will be using them again and I have no problems giving them 5 stars.

  Their staff is very responsive, skilled and friendly!!! Very friendly service people who explained everything. Great job cleaning in house carpets and the large floor carpets they took away for cleaning. Awesome service.

  I don't think you can find a better service than TBV Carpet Care, I'll be using them again. I had significant pet stains from a puppy and the guy cranked his machine up and got them out no problem. Not only is he friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with tips on removing future stains or maintaining your carpet but I genuinely like the guy. TBV Carpet Care's set up is a step above the rest, he didn't skimp on horse power when he set his vacuum pump up, says it makes his job easier, but I can't help it think it can clean deeper than your average carpet cleaning set up. Thanks for your great service and a fair price!
