  I love this home daycare, my son started at 4 months old and Mrs.april is awesome. She had all her credentials and she has her degrees as well to teach. She has all her paperwork to show you as well. They show your children lots of love and they teach them here as well. If you looking for a baby sitter, then watch your child yourself or ask a family member. Even though this is a home daycare don't under estimate this place, it is a teaching institute, they provide exceptional care & your child will be safe at all times. Your child will be ahead of the other children when they start school.My son still go and visit, he's 7 years old and he ask me every week can he go and see everyone. I give this daycare 10 stars. I love them, they are family to us now.

  I found out about April's Safe Haven from a friend who was looking for childcare at the time. When we became pregnant with my eldest child, there was no doubt that we wanted her in a home daycare. I was only five months along at the time but we immediately contacted Mrs. April to set up an interview. Upon meeting her, she was warm, inviting, professional, knowledgeable and very caring. What impressed us the most is that this was more than a job to her. She lives and breathes for her students. This isn't daycare. This isn't a babysitting center. This IS home childcare and education. It is a family environment. There is an open door policy that keeps parents engaged with their child's care and education. Our daughter thrived so well that when we became pregnant with my son two years later, there was never any other option besides April's Save Haven. My daughter is now 5 1/2 and in Kindergarten. The early learning and education that she received from Mrs. April put her ahead of her peers. For her Kindergarten assessment, Mrs. April attended it with us. She was just as concerned about the school and teacher as we were. My daughter was expected to count to 20. She counted to 100. She surpassed all the requirements for her grade/ age group. My son is now 3 1/2 and he is following in his sisters footsteps. Mrs. April is like family to us. I jokingly refer to her as our children's "Second Mom". When your children are in her care, they are HOME. They are LEARNING. They are SAFE. She won't have it any other way.

  My son has been attending April's Safe Haven since he was 3 months old and he will be 5 years old in March. April's Safe Haven is exactly what it is a safe haven for young minds as well as an awesome learning facility. My son speaks so fluently and can carry a pretty good conversation. He is currently reading at a first grade level and working on math at first and second grade level. April is very friendly and takes pride in the education of her students. Her facility is not just a babysitting playground the children really are learning and gaining powerful knowledge. I have never wanted to go to any other provider and I still don't but kindergarten says our time is coming to an end :-(. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants their child to get off to a great start.
