No intimidation whatsoever. I have also refinanced 2 car loans through Wes, and each time Wes has beat the rate I got at the dealership....and I have good credit! Next time you buy a car? Any time I have needed to make a claim, it has been handled professionally and in a timely manner.
I've never had my insurance agent be so readily available. Wes has even answered my calls on his cell on a weekend!! -

He is very demanding of his employees, which makes his practice, very reliable and professional. He does not and will not employ anyone who lacks extreme drive and strong customer service skills. Although Wes is actually a newcomer to this profession, he shows no sign of understanding the phrase "rookie"! He has broken records and gained the utmost respect from ALL of his peers.
