Old School neighborhood friendly banking ! Just love all interactions with this bank. I went to another bank that rhymes with race, and attempted to deposit cash in the lobby and was told we can’t accept cash deposits. Crazy!
My other bank charged someone I wrote a check to which was drawn on that bank beemo Harris, charged them $10 to cash. Ridiculous.
Schaumburg Bank and Trust, with Elk Grove, Itasca, and Wood Dales locations is Awesome. They refund any ATM charges from any other banks/ATMS. The Itasca location has 5 drive up windows. My race bank closed all their drive up and changed to ATM only.
Every person I’ve dealt with in person or on the phone is super friendly and eager to help. They want your business and earn it. Best bank in Town, even can get a Sox/Cubs atm card. Part of the Wintrust family. Itasca also has safe deposit boxes. Love this bank !

I have been a customer of Wintrust / Schaumburg Bank and Trust for over 15 years. Everyone I have ever dealt with at the bank has always been nice, pleasant, and informative. I have used many of their services they have to offer such as, online banking, pay bill, mobile deposit, etc. It is great they are more of a community bank than a large global bank.
