My Acura got bumped in a parking lot to the point of the front hood arching and not closing properly. The coward didn't leave a note, so I was on my own to fix it. Bart looked at it and immediately knew what was needed to fix it, special equipment, yes, but not an arm and a leg. The other estimators were much higher, but what sold me on this shop was also their honesty in explaining what the issue was and how they go about fixing it. It was professionally done, fast and for a great price. Later I found out that Bart was actually one of the owners, such an unassuming, down-to- Earth, knowledgeable and nice guy! I will always refer them to my finds and family, even my colleagues. ☺️ Great service, guys, keep up the good work.
I brought my car to this auto body shop for hail damage that I got all over my car. My car had so much hail damage I thought the insurance company would total the car out. Ultimate collision fixed my car perfectly that I could not find one dent, it looked great after they completed the work. The customer service was also great. Thank you so much!
I was involved in a front end collision with my Mercedes e 350. This is my second time using this shop and I have to tell you the work is excellent. I have a 1999 White Toyota Avalon. I had a little fender bender with it recently and after a quick online search, I found Ultimate Collision Repair and asked for a quote.
They did exactly what I wanted, their work was flawless, and they were extremely helpful when I had questions. And they finished when they said they would!
Now, there are a couple of things you have to understand, my car is 19 years old and, while I don't want to get rid of it yet, that time is not far away. In short, I did NOT want to spend a lot of money on this repair.
Second, I was fine with cutting a couple steps to save money, like blending and replacing all the crunched parts with brand new. To do so would mean a $2400 repair bill and...my car is 19...I may as well but a new car rather than put that much money in an ancient car.
UCR came through with SHINING colors.not only was the paint matched as close too perfect as I could have hoped for (and white is a notoriously difficult color to match) but they had to buy a new quarter panel also. My pain was minimal, the cost for the repair was EXCELLENT and well below the other $2400 estimate.
I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here for body work. These folks know what they're doing.
