(August 13, 2019, 9:11 pm)The best continental breakfast, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Also the hotel seems pretty clean... There is a fridge but no microwave in the room but there is a microwave downstairs. Friendly staff but I don’t like the bathroom door because it slides.

(July 22, 2019, 6:41 pm)Overall great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful with early breakfast and communicating with the shuttle. The shuttle drivers were respectful and helpful with luggage.
One negative note is that the shower door looks new, but it has rounded corners, which don't meet the square corners at the bottom of the shower...water everywhere on the floor! It also made the floor very slick and because the bathroom is so tiny there was no way to avoid slipping and sliding, which could be a safety hazard. -

(July 9, 2019, 2:03 pm)My company Schneider intermodal uses this hotel for students and fly away staff. It's great and convenient cause I fly into town and take the shuttle to hotel. Then it's a quick uber to my office. Staff there are nice and friendly. Good breakfast.

Great experience; delayed flights left me stranded in Chicago with no where to go. I called here hoping for an inexpensive place to stay. Maria made check in a breeze and made sure my short stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend.
