  I have used Park 'n Fly (formerly: Park Ride & Fly) for years when it comes to business and personal travel. The ease of their service and customer service is great and their drivers are extremely helpful and accommodating. Most recently our driver, Cesar, went above and beyond by helping our family as we returned from vacation, with lots of bulky luggage and small children.

  My husband travels and we are always at Midway. Of all the parking places, this is the best. You can park inside or out. Their shuttle service is tops, and they will jump your car if needed - which happens in a bad Chicago winter. Excellent service.

  I have now used this place for the 5th time. I plan on continuing to park here everytime I fly out of Midway Airport. I have recommended this place to two other people who have had used them and thanked me for the recommendation.
  First of all, the price is hard to beat. I use the outdoor parking and use my AAA discount (10%). They are very efficient here and well organized when it comes to finding a parking spot. The shuttle will pick you up right from you spot, the driver loads your bags up, then drops you off right at your gate, unloading your bags. They give you a slip with instructions on how to alert them to pick you up, writing down your parking spot. When you get to baggage claim, you text or call for them to pick you up. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for them to arrive. They drop you off right at your car. Super easy and no-stress! The employees are very friendly. The last time we used them we had to be picked up at 1AM and the driver was very nice, alert, and friendly.

  Great great service! I drove in with 2 flat tires and they helped me get it taken care of before I returned from my trip. The manager, Lewis, took care of all the arrangements. Everyone that works there is consistently nice and polite. Kudos to great management and a great operation!

  Very Reasonable and awesome customer service! Every employee we encountered was courteous and polite! They were very responsive at all times. They even offered us bottles of water on our way out of the parking lot, I will definitely use their services again!

Midway Park Ride & Fly went above and beyond after my husband forgot his key fob at TSA at Midway Ai... rport. They helped us get the key fob from the TSA lost and found (which is not in anyway a part of their job) but they did it anyway because TSA's lost and found opens at 8-2.
