  I'm changing my review of this company (originally gave them a 1 star). After talking to the "bug guy", I learned a little more about my pests. They offered to come spray again in the fall when the stink bugs would be seeking warmth for the colder months which I much appreciate. ******* I would not recommend this company. I had them come out and spray for stink bugs and now my problem is even worse. When I called the company, they told me the bugs I'm seeing now were already in the house and will die off soon. Unfortunately this is not true. These stink bugs are coming in my windows on the second story and doors. The technician that came only sprayed the perimeter and the foundation. They didn't offer to spray again but suggested "to just keep vacuuming them up". They stink and so does my vacuum . They are also affiliated with a wildlife management company that I requested a call from due to a critter in my wall. After over week of not hearing from someone, I called to get a quote. The receptionist took my information and I still have not received a quote (It has been at least a month if not more). I will never use either of these companies in the future.

  I called about an ant problem that was developing in my kitchen. Landmark sent a technician the same day, and I was super pleased with how they treated my home. The ants are gone, and I actually had a good experience in dealing with this. Highly recommended.

  We discovered that some song birds and their fledglings had made their home within our bathroom walls. Anytime we were in the bathroom they'd wake up and cause a ruckus. ABC Wildlife Control came out and humanely extracted the birds from our walls and patched the entrance they were coming in from to prevent any future birds from nesting in our walls. Great service and very kind, professional people who follow up to ensure their work. Will use them for any future critter issues.

  Thank you for taking the raccoon out of my living room before it ruined my art collection. You helped me through the most terrifying day of my life. When a raccoon drops out of your ceiling, you'll know what I went through. We were having a skylight installed, and the day before it was done, a raccoon popped through the opening and fell almost two stories onto my sofa. Lucky raccoon. If he had missed the sofa, he should have died. What a crazy experience! Your company was the best! They arrived within 40 minutes. They captured the creature. And they checked my attic to make sure there weren't more. Christoper and I thank you enormously!

  Wow! Landmark responded to my online inquiry within 20 minutes and had someone out to my house the following day. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly, effective. They were also $100 less expensive than Orkin and guaranteed their work. I like supporting a quality local company will definitely be using Landmark again if I have a need. Highly recommend them for any pest control needs.
