They stand behind their work and sell you the carpet you need not the carpet they want to make the most money. They know their stuff and know what questions to ask about your flooring to make sure you get what YOU want and will enjoy for years to come.

The experience was excellent - from the designer helping us pick flooring, to the on-time delivery, professional installers and quality work. I would highly recommend Carpet Crafters - they addressed all of our questions, issues and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and our home was ready for move-in day.
