  Kudo 's to Mr.Fernando C @ the Chicago Ridge Store 5010. Finally, I found someone who is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He has excellent customer service skills. He was very patient and explained everything he was doing as he worked with me. His team was very helpful as well.
  I have had several awful experiences with Tmobile which was caused by an Associate in the Lincolnwood Tmobile store in April of 2019. I have been very disappointed with several encounters with other Tmobile stores and their team of associates. Fernando restored my trust with Tmobile.

  Although I don't have a reason to give them 5 stars, I don't have a reason not to either. They were helpful submitting the paperwork to get my old phones subsidized, and it certainly took a bit of time. Definitely thankful for thier assistance.

  This T-Mobile store gets my 5-Star highest possible customer satisfaction review score! Back on 10/4/2018, my Uncle who is a U.S. Navy Veteran and I experienced the best customer service. My Uncle switched his account from AT&T to T-Mobile's unlimited plan in order to take advantage of the 50% off Military Plan that T-Mobile offers, which is much better than the AT&T military discount plan that offers only 25%. I, on the other hand, had T-Mobile's unlimited plan already. My T-Mobile bill went down from $375.00 per month to $175.00 per month for 7 family members by enrolling in the automatic deduct payment plan and also by not having to pay taxes on my phone bill because T-Mobile pays them for you out of respect to military veterans and their family members. I just saved $2,400.00 per year!! :) On the other hand, my Uncle's AT&T monthly bill was $220.00 per month and now it's only $100.00 per month for his family of four with T-Mobile. My Uncle savings per year is $1,440.00 per year now. Not having to pay taxes on our phone bills is a huge savings! I encourage you to look at your bill to see what you are paying.
  
  Our customer service Representative Kyle and his Supervisor Umair took excellent care of us. They were willing to spend the time needed to register us for the family savings plan. All we had to do is upload and show one of two things my Uncle's Illinois driver's license that showed that he is a Veteran or his Military discharge paperwork as proof he served in the Military. Kyle showed us how to upload the documents onto T-Mobile's website from our cell phone. Umair the supervisor reviewed our enrollment and made sure we got the discount in the system along with Kyle. Because I originally had T-Mobile before, my discount was approved instantly. My Uncle's approval took longer because he had to have his credit approved first, and because he had to create a sub-account to bill our credit cards separately for our separate accounts.
  
  So in short, I encourage you to walk into this store and get help to enroll and take advantage of this generous plan because you will be grandfathered into the significantly lower monthly rate forever as long as you pay your phone bill on time. If you have a relative in your family who served or is currently serving in the Military even if they have a different last name than yours, in this case, my Uncle is my mother's brother. I encourage you to go into this T-Mobile store to get help. I am now officially a T-Mobile customer for life. I hope this review can be helpful to others who qualify.

  Fair prices and they have really decent services. Got my company hooked with T-Mobile lines. Employees explained all the fees and charges in front
