The team at Gander Rv are a pleasure to work with. To start we didn't have to deal with pushy salesperson, Duke was laid back and happy to walk us around the lot. We ended up trading in our beloved camper for a unit and after signing papers and getting the unit home we decided it wasn't for us, finding some flaws after purchase. With some worry we called Gander Rv back to let them know. Jeff the sales manager wanted to see us happy and was eager to get us in the right unit. He made it happen. Jill was helpful and nice during the paperwork process. Overall we are happy campers ! We will be returning for future purchases and have already recommended Gander RV of Cortland. Thanks guys !

We drove all the way from Upper Michigan to purchase our camper. The gentleman that did our walk through was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated the time he took to go over all the details. Financing was the same. I would recommend buying from them to anyone!

Got a good deal on a used camper Duke was great to work with ,The rest of the staff was Excellent as well. They did everything they said they were going to do and then some . Drove over 6 hr's to get this camper. Would certainly do Business with them again.

We are so happy with our purchase! We asked if we could just walk around and look at the trailers basically on our own and the sales rep said yes.
My wife and I walked around looking and comparing the models we liked for roughly two hours without being disturbed . This is huge for me because I don't like having a high pressure salesman standing around pushing me.
When we found the one we liked, I went in to talk to him. The three of us went back to the camper and he went through it with and answered any questions we had. No pressure . He was kind, courteous, and I felt jumped through hoops for us.
The orientation went smooth. Mark went through everything thoroughly, answered any questions we had, making it a wonderful experience.
The whole staff, including the finance people, made buying the camper seamless and fun. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to buy from them again!
