  I went here expecting just to test drive a few vehicles while in search for a new car. However, I ended up falling in love, with my new vehicle and the staff, and ending up buying one all in the same trip! I couldnt have done with without the incredibly helpful staff! Toni is phenomenal!! She was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns at time of purchase, and has stayed in contact with me since then to make sure everything has been smooth sailing! So thankful and grateful for all the help she’s provided during this process!! So thrilled to be telling all my friends and family about the incredible service provided!!

  We purchased our second vehicle from Alan Browne, we came back because over the past couple of years we felt AB has more than met our expectations with fast and friendly service. The fact that they let us not only test drive but actually take a vehicle home with us has been a huge selling point. I know people think "that's because they know you are more likely to buy rather than return the vehicle" while that may be true it is also true that it allows us to get a feel for the vehicle if we had done that with our previous vehicle we probably wouldn't have bought it, the thing was completely uncomfortable for me to drive.   I had just bought a used car from a different dealer that had a dreaded check engine light show up right after. The Rockford Chevy was booked for a whole other week so I drove a little farther than I had wanted to and dropped my car off at night. I was impressed by how quickly Tim reached out to me in the morning to tell me they would get started on it, he also said he was going to quickly check if the car was still under warranty. I was expecting a huge repair bill but it turned out the car was actually on its last day of warranty and I did not have to pay anything for the parts they replaced. A few hours later the car was all fixed, I brought it back the next day to get an alignment and remote start because of how quick and professional everything was. Very impressed with the excellent service and great communication!

  I can’t say enough on how good the owner and the people that work here are. They helped my friend get out of a bad situation with her lemon car (bought from different place) and put her in a reliable car she can feel safe driving with her son in. No other dealership would even help her. She called me in tears of relief and shock about how they went way above and beyond what a dealership even calls for. These people have Amazingly huge hearts, they helped a single mom that was past her breaking point. I can’t Thank them enough, it’s eased my mind knowing now she’s in a safe vehicle.
