In 6 weeks, I have already had a friend tell me she can see muscles where I didn't have them before! If you are looking to take your health and fitness to a whole new level, give it a try. You have nothing to lose!

Jake gives high quality knowledgeable instruction, along with great workout variety and provides safe, well-maintained equipment. An overall superb environment! I would highly recommend Jake & Spark Fitness to anyone looking to strength train and get in better physical shape.
