  I have been to Valley West for two procedure now and cannot say enough about how WELL I WAS CARED FOR! Quiet & peaceful CLEAN enviornment. From nursing to anesthesiologist to gastroinerologist PROFESSIONAL, CARING ...I HAD STELLAR EXPERIENCES.Clearly Explained everything that was happening.Took thorough history.I felt safe& well cared for before,and aftercare. I Highly recommend Northwestern VALLEY WEST HOSPITAL.I have a service dog& they were accommodating to my special need as well. (Sent me home with chicken soup.How sweet is that) Person who drove and waited for me is retired fireman/paramedic...HE was very impressed with care and professionalism ...
